A sociable, rapidly growing, global digital performance media agency are looking for an Office Manager/PA to join their team working with their UK and US offices. The role offers amazing scope for operational and professional self-development.

This global agency has a stunning office based in Central London and offers hybrid working. As Office Manager/PA you will provide business support to the CEO and be responsible for the UK and US office management, you will also have an opportunity to get experience in HR management.
Your key responsibilities as Office Manager/PA will include providing full business support to the CEO; diary management, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, organising meetings (including setting agendas and minute taking), preparing reports, papers and presentations and organising company/team social events. You will also be responsible for office facilities across the UK and US offices, you will maintain the set-up of office space equipment, administration supplies, manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, liaise with office cleaning services and help to organise work socials. The role also offers exposure within HR, you will provide general support and administrative assistance to the HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with some prior exposure to HR, you will have strong experience using MS Office and Google Suite. Excellent organisational skills are required along with strong interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of confidentiality.
The salary on offer is up to £37,000 per annum plus a 10% annual bonus and great benefits.
