A well-established, growing tech business based in London Bridge are looking for a personable and experienced Office Manager to join them.
With close to 40 employees this is a small but very successful organisation that prides itself on having a friendly and supportive culture. This Office Manager role will be broad and will encompass everything from PA work, Health and Safety, General Administration and well as Finance responsibilities.
The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate all administrative tasks and office procedures, provide support to the company Directors as well as lead on financial activity for the business. The ideal candidate will have had some sort of finance based experience before as this role will involve managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Key responsibilities will include:
Office; work with managed service provider/landlord to resolve any office issues, maintain a pleasant working environment by organising any necessary repairs, oversee office layout and equipment, organise and manage meeting rooms
Travel and Events; arrange three company conferences annually, book travel and accommodation for employees as required, liaise with training providers for training events
Financial; manage the invoicing process for AP and AR, bookkeeping, payment of employee expenses
PA; provide support to company Directors as and when required
Health and Safety; manage H&S process for the office
Please note – this organisation has adopted hybrid working – there is flexibility to work one day per week at home.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £32,000 depending on experience.
