Office Manager – Restaurant/Hospitality
A well established and successful restaurant business based in Central London (5 mins walk from Baker Street) are looking for an experienced Office Manager to look after the day to running of the back office function.
This role would suit an outgoing, personable Office Administrator; the ideal candidate will have some knowledge or experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Facilities management
Managing the office flow
Ensuring supplier queries are responded to and invoices paid
Organising events
Updating documents
HR duties- Updating new starters and leavers record
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
Preparation of outgoing post
Arranging couriers
The salary on offer for this role is circa £30,000 plus benefits.
