A large international media organisation urgently requires a reliable Office Co-Ordinator to for a 2 week contract.
Please be aware, in order to be suitable for this role you must be available to interview immediately and work between the 28th October – 15th November.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy rental office, which will require someone with strong organisation and negotiation skills.
Previous experience with the following is required:
• Managing multiple spreadsheets and log sheets.
• Handling credit notes, receipts and related paperwork.
• Answering calls, emails and queries from clients and internal teams.
• Performing general administration including maintaining up to date database records.
Whilst not essential, any knowledge of working in a warehouse, rental or parts department would be highly advantageous.
