A well-established, global business is currently seeking a Office Administrator to join its expanding team.
The successful candidate will help to gather market information on competitor products, organise and maintain product folders and assist the PM with keeping up to date with relevant product photography within the product folders, as well as other administrative duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with collating information on trends.

Assisting with the annual product design changes; taking responsibility for the correct filing and management of collection sheets and images and supporting PM with the annual management throughout the business.

Downloading, filing and sharing new uploads from global dropbox to the rest of the marketing team.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and proactive administrator who can manage multiple deadlines and take responsibility for their own tasks. To be considered for this role, you must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
