Office 365 Consultant
6 Month FTC - £55,000 pro rata
A highly successful professional services business based in the City, London are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer that has experience across Offices 365 projects; everything from design, implementation, migration and service transition.
The key focus of this role will be to ensure the operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment including security, availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability and reliability. You will become the Technical Expert and will be able to provide colleagues and users with suitable advice, guidance and assistance. This person will investigate and resolve support related technical issues, including major incidents.
Experience required:
-Must have been key to Office 365 projects including design, implementation, migration and service transition
-Expert for the suite of business applications that sits under Office 365, specifically Outlook, Teams, One Note, One Drive and SharePoint
-Working experience of MS Cloud security and compliance concepts i.e. Audit Logs, Conditional Access, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Windows Defender, etc.
-Confident in MS Intune policy management for Windows 10 and mobile devices (iOS & Android), also should have experience of windows and mobile application deployment
-Hands-on with on premise AD Domain Controllers, MS exchange, migrations to exchange online and managed hybrid setups
Desirable:
Highly skilled on Windows server (2008-2019) configuration, migration and installation
Hands-on experience of product configuration management, access control and resolution of end-user issues resulting from configuration errors/conflicts
Working experience of Mobile Application Management (MAM), Application Proxy and Single Sign-ON (SSO)
Good experience with managing VMware hosts, clusters and VM migration to Azure
Strong networking experience and in-depth understanding of VPN, and SDWAN
Experience working within an ITIL framework
