Fantastic opportunity for a target driven and motivated Telephone Sales professional looking for their next move. Our client a leading provider of solutions to the construction industry, are seeking a new business Sales Executive to join their dedicated and friendly team. The role is internally based at their modern and impressive offices in Leicester.
As the new business Sales Executive you will be reporting to the Sales Director, proactively researching, calling and engaging potential customers to understand their equipment needs and recommend suitable tools and equipment. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a Telesales role or has made outbound sales calls as part of their previous roles. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and occasional in person meetings.
On a day or day basis you will research potential leads through LinkedIn and other media platforms, provide product information to prospective customers, create quotes, Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue, collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless fulfilment of orders, monitor the order status to provide updates and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
Although this is an internal sales role candidates are required to hold a full drivers licence as there will be occasional client visits.
The ideal applicant will have:
Proven experience in a telephone based sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Confident with CRM software and MS Office suite.
The role is offered with a salary of £28,000 and a first year uncapped OTE of £32,500/ second year OTE of £36,500 plus other benefits. The company has ambitious growth plans and as commission is uncapped there is potential for a very rewarding career.
