Network Service Desk Engineer – Central London – Hybrid - £40,000
Offices are based near London Waterloo and hybrid working is offered - 3 days per week in the office and 2 at home.
A highly successful and rapidly growing MSP specialising in unified communications, voice and telephony solutions, public cloud solutions and networking are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team to provide 2nd line support to their customers. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic, forward thinking organisation as they expand their team – there is longer term opportunities to move into a Service Desk Lead role too.
As the Service Desk Engineer (Networking) you will be responsible for resolving tickets; providing the best possible customer experience while meeting SLAs. You will work with project teams when required and will be the go to escalation point for the 1st line team. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer systems issues including software, hardware and network issues.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on an IT Service Desk and will have experience across IT networks including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. Any exposure to Azure or AWS Cloud or VLAN and WLAN would be beneficial.
Salary wise this role is paying £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
