We are looking for an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for a brand new Innovation Programme in the West Midlands aimed at growing the region's clean tech, health tech and med tech markets helping to drive economic growth and accelerate SMEs within the region.
This role will work with colleagues to foster collaboration across a variety of stakeholders, the project consortium and wider community of businesses involved. You will be responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of the programmes activities to demonstrate return on investment to key stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created team that focuses on articulating the impact of this exciting new programme of work.
It will be the successful candidate's responsibility to lead the development and implementation of an appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation framework and act as an ambassador for its principles by proactively helping colleagues and stakeholders to understand its importance. You will also be required to develop and implement clear methodology for the collection of data to articulate and map the Outcomes of project activities, turning analysis into case studies to communicate the programmes impacts and achievements.
Relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Experience of developing evaluation plans and evaluation best practice.
Experience of using qualitative and quantitative data to demonstrate impact.
Ability to write reports and communicate outcomes through data.
