A well-established organisation based within the Chesterfield area is seeking a technical, friendly, and determined Mobile Service Desk Technician to join their team on a permanent basis! This organisation offers incredible benefits, including 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, with flexible working hours allowing your shift to take place anytime between 8 am - 6 pm during a 37.5 hour working week.
Working autonomously and reporting directly to the Senior Service Desk Technician, you will be instrumental in being the first point of contact for IT-related matters regarding first and second-line support for approximately 1,200 end-users across 3 client sites and occasionally at the homes of staff members. You will have approximately 1 day a week dedicated phone cover and will be required to maintain and report against the incident management system, change, and management system. There are also some exciting IT projects that are ongoing that you will be able to get involved with. You will be provided with a mobile van to travel to the different sites with, therefore you must have a full and clean U.K. driving license.
To be considered you will have prior first-line support experience and hold post-16 school qualifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or MCSE, etc.
