A large multinational business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Engineer with proven mobile device management experience to join its expanding team, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week.
As an IT & Telecoms Support Engineer, you will provide a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed line telephony systems, while also being involved in traditional 1st and 2nd line IT support in a Windows environment.
You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management. You will liaise with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and roll out new mobile services. In addition to this, you will also be involved with day-to-day IT support, so Windows OS and Active Directory support experience would be highly advantageous to your application.
