Meter Reader
Up to £19,000 plus bonus and benefits including company vehicle and fuel card

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established organisation as a Meter Reader.
Full training will be provided and whilst we are ideally looking for some meter reading or similar experience no previous experience is essential.
The salary on offer is up to £19,000 plus bonuses and benefits. You will also be provided with your own company van and fuel card.
This role is a full time position, covering 40 hours per week on a flexible basis (to suit the individual) between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday. You are able to structure the hours as you wish i.e. across 4 days or across 6.
Day to day responsibilities will include managing your time and covering an area within a 50 mile radius of your home to read both gas and electricity meters as well as completing necessary checks. This can be a mix of both residential and commercial properties.
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills / experience
- Either some meter reading experience or customer service/driving based experience
- Self motivated with good time management and people skills
- Full UK driving licence (3 points maximum) and driving licence to be held for at least 5 years
- Able to pass full CRB background check before employment commences
