Our client , based in Central London is looking for an experienced membership secretary / administrator to support the existing membership manager during a very busy period. This contract will be for a 6 - 9 month period.
The client is looking for a self-starting and highly organised individual with previous experience of working with complex databases and liaising with customers on the phone and via email.
Candidates must possess strong team administration skills, including excellent experience of prioritising their workload and working to deadlines, particularly as the role has periods which are extremely busy and the work can be time pressured. The role requires someone who works with great attention to detail, has CRM experience (preferably MS Dynamics) and Intermediate - Advanced level MS Office skills.
The ideal candidate with a solid work history, proven experience of working in a busy, professional environment and with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Due to Covid-19 this will initially be a remote working contract but has the potential to move back to the central London offices in 2021.
