An established start-up is looking for an articulate and personable Marketing Manager with 3/5 years experience to join its team, based in the City of London. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns, have a strong academic background with at least a 2:1 from a top tier University and will be a confident and energetic communicator. In order to be suitable for this role you must have the proven ability to develop and deliver a professional brand and communications strategy. You will be creative, focused, have a great eye for detail, and develop visually appealing marketing campaigns. You will be managing a team of 6 graduates and reporting into the board.

You will be involved in all aspects of marketing and communications within the business.  As a personable Marketing Manager you will have a natural aptitude for presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely, and will understand the critical role that an effective communications strategy plays in delivering corporate objectives.
