We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our clients award-winning e-commerce company. Based in Dorchester, this role will lead the Marketing team and strengthen the companies market share through research and development of marketing strategies and campaigns for their products, implementation of marketing plans and tracking of their results.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver an annual marketing strategy, plan and budget.
- Owning the delivery, analysis and continual improvement of the marketing plan and it's implementation.
- Management of the brand and corporate identity.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to manage and create appropriate collateral for a variety of channels.
- Track sales data and analyse trends to improve marketing and sales performance.
- Create and present monthly performance reports.
- Management of a small team.
Skills:
- Commercially focused experience either in the retail, FMCG industry
- Digital marketing experience.
- Strong copywriting skills.
This role will offer flexible, hybrid working following the initial probation period.
