Based from central Reading, this is a rare opportunity for a standalone Marketing Manager with a significant interest in PR and Communication, to deliver a company's vision in a B2B market.
Our client is an established commercial property owner and workspace provider, with over £100 million of building assets across southern and central England. Their exceptional growth and continued investment have led to the creation of this position. This is an opportunity to join a motivated senior team offering a relatively blank canvas; you will be challenged to create and deliver a comprehensive PR, comms and digital marketing strategy.
They would like to solidify their market-leading position, enhance their standing as a recognised voice of authority, and further awareness of their brand. It begins with your vision to produce several annual marketing calendars, a central calendar for the Group, plus an interwoven site-specific set of targets for each workspace. You will need to promote the organisation to a national audience and then each site to the relevant catchment area.
Group projects could include press packs, offering Keynote speakers, news announcements, industry comment, site visits, social media and thought leadership. This should support your goals, which include increasing brand exposure, attracting tenants and enhancing relationships with local authorities, communities and suppliers.
Local projects will include occasional travel to other sites and will see you set and support marketing and communication objectives for each. This will include retention marketing and communication, social media and creative content.
You will need to demonstrate previous experiences of making a difference, exploring opportunities and achieving results. This client would like to invest in an ambitious, high-calibre individual who is able to show the competencies and behaviours needed to produce effective PR, communication and digital marketing.
The salary is up to £45,000, though a person with previous experience in the property industry may be considered up to £48,000. Benefits are excellent and the company can demonstrate a track record of paying significant discretionary annual bonuses.
