This would suit a senior marketing executive or marketing manager with strong design skills to be the go to person for all things marketing across their two UK brands.
You will be the champion for driving product awareness and trends within the market and will be the in-house marketing expert on all things FMCG, with a strong understanding of the levers to deliver marketing to the right customers across all essential platforms.
The role involves creating traditional marketing materials such as brochures and presentations, so experience using graphic design software is a must. Analytical skills are also required to provide market insights and present category information to the internal teams.
Ideally you will come from the food industry or have a keen interest in food, as being successful in this role will mean fully immersing yourself in their foodie culture. They will rely on your market insight and ability to spot emerging trends, to develop creative presentations for their customers and prospects.
You will help drive sales on current ranges and future ranges, creating marketing campaigns and the supporting documents
You will create briefs, manage and create assets using your design and creative skills
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyse consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
About you…
Ideally·4+ years experience in a 360 marketing role, ideally in the food industry or with a passion for all things food related.
Proven experience developing successful marketing plans and campaigns
Strong branding and design skills using InDesign and Photoshop
Creative thinker with strong content writing ability
Confident self starter
Highly organised and loves getting things done
Not afraid to challenge the status quo for a greater outcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
