Marketing Executive – Central London - £45,000
A highly successful and rapidly growing business based in Mayfair, London are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will take responsibility for leading brand delivery, marketing and customer communication campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate and convert leads. You will drive national and local online marketing activities across all channels; web, social, PR, signage, customer comms, point-of sale and print. You will contribute to the digital marketing strategy, tactics and campaigns that drive conversions through each stage of the marketing funnel and align with the broader marketing and operation strategy
Key responsibilities of this Marketing Exec role include:
Develop an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, social media, print, website, email campaign and press releases to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organisation
Plan, develop and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns targeting key personas that achieve agreed lead generation targets and within budget
Manage external agencies (including design & print) building relationships, negotiating new contracts and price, annual reviews, ensure all activity is carried out within budget
Gather data, analyse and evaluate marketing campaign ROI, marketing channel, customer satisfaction data and related business financials and web analytics data to help guide business decisions
Provide national brand training, monitor brand delivery, recommend areas of improvement and guide on brand development
Provide strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials
Ensure the reputation of the brand is upheld, tone of voice and brand guidelines are adhered to and adjusted where needed across the business and across all external channels
Oversee the management of the Marketing and Communications budget to ensure appropriate and effective spend and report on its effectiveness
Skills required:
End-to-end brand campaign management experience
Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills with published public content
Strong project management with the ability to juggle numerous complex projects
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PR and social media
Strong interest in customer behaviour and motivations and an unmatched hunger for finding answers on what motivates and drives customers’ actions and choices
The salary on offer for this role is £45,000 plus benefits.
