As Marketing Director, you'll own branding, strategy, lead generation, online, PR, external and internal communications and more, as well as building a strategic marketing team. With a mix of corporate and boutique creative experience and solid stakeholder management skills, you will translate their business strategy into a comprehensive, actionable and measurable marketing strategy, increasing company reach and supporting commercial growth.
As a seasoned leader with experience in change management, you'll be equipped to guide them through a time of transformation and growth across the UK and Europe. With a strong understanding of sales processes, you'll support the sales team in the bid writing process and creating research intelligence for white papers and capability statements. Ideally, you’ll have a background working in a creative sales environment and the gravitas to report into a senior team, working closely with them, you'll ensure the successful long term strategic development of their brand and raising its profile in line with the organization's strategic objectives, mission, and vision.
