A well-established multinational business is looking for an accomplished Marketing Director to join its leadership team. The business embraces flexibility and hybrid working so you will be able to work from home 3 days per week. As the role has a European remit some international travel will be required (you will make circa 1/2 trips per month spending 2 nights away from home in Western Europe).

You will report directly to the CEO of the firm and have full responsibility for developing the marketing strategy and vision of the company. You will provide inspirational leadership to an international team of 15 and position the business to grow from £30m t/o to £50m t/o in the next 3 years, rapidly expanding within a huge and lucrative market.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial Marketing Director with proven experience across brand, product and ecommerce. You will be naturally collaborative and combine intellectual curiosity, adaptability and vision, with a willingness to personally deliver strategic initiatives.
You will be a consummate communicator with proven experience of creating and delivering an effective B2B marketing strategy, with a particular focus on ecommerce channels. You will be a creative and analytical thinker with a growth mindset and passion for digital communication.
You will perform competitor and market analysis and measure the success of marketing strategies with a view to creating a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the marketing function as it plays a pivotal role in the growth of the business.
