A very well-funded technology start-up is looking for an accomplished Marketing Director with demonstrable digital experience to join its senior leadership team.
In this business-critical role you will report directly to the CEO and have full responsibility for developing the marketing strategy and vision of the company. You will provide inspirational leadership to a small team and will measure the success of marketing strategies with a view to creating a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful marketing teams and will be a confident and energetic communicator. Previous experience of driving forward the marketing function of an early-stage company in the technology or energy sectors would be advantageous to your application.
The role will focus primarily on B2B marketing and digital communications and it is expected that you will have an incisive understanding of both offline and online marketing, allied to the interpersonal skills required to act as a customer champion internally, ensuring that product developments are in line with customer requirements.
