Marketing Data Analyst – Central London


A well regarded and rapidly growing business based in Mayfair, London are looking for a commercial Marketing Data Analyst to join their team.

 

The core focus of this role will be to operationalise business intelligence solutions and conduct advanced analytics to identify marketing opportunities and strengths to meet business goals.

 

You will define, implement and report on web analytics and track and regularly report on key performance metrics for the marketing and operations teams.  You will develop and produce monthly P&L reports that measure performance against Marketing KPI’s and present findings in an understandable and actionable way to the business. 

 

Key responsibilities of this Marketing Analyst role are:

 

Gather data, analyse and evaluate digital marketing campaign ROI, marketing channel, customer satisfaction data and related business financials and web analytics data to help guide business decisions

Report on marketing KPIs i.e. leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement

Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

Analyse customer data, run predictive analytics on business trends to help drive key decisions and make recommendations to the marketing and operation team

Define key marketing KPI’s, simplify P&L reporting and design a dashboard demonstrating performance that facilitates decision-making with senior management

Provide monthly marketing budget analysis of actuals vs. budget & VLY, giving explanations for outstanding figures plus provide a ROY forecast

 

Skills required:


Advance Excel skills

SQL reporting

Google Analytics

Variety of CRM experience

 

The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
