A very well-funded SME is looking for an accomplished Managing Director with demonstrable e-commerce experience to deliver rapid growth for the business.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a highly commercial, ambitious and driven leader with a proven track record of working at board level to drive forward a fast-growing business.
You will report directly to the CEO and have full responsibility for developing the strategy and vision of the company. You will provide inspirational leadership to a team of 35 and position the business to rapidly expand within a huge and lucrative market. It is anticipated that turnover will increase from £6m to circa £20m within the next 3 years.
You will be a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach, growth mindset, and passion for continuous improvement. In addition to consummate communication skills, you must be enthusiastic and dynamic with the personal confidence and vision required to lead a business.
