You will report directly to the owner of the firm and have full responsibility for developing the strategy and vision of the company. You will provide inspirational leadership to a team of 25 and position the business to rapidly expand within a huge and lucrative market.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a highly commercial, ambitious and driven leader with a proven track record of working at board level to drive forward a fast-growing SME. You will also be a consummate communicator with proven experience of creating and delivering an effective B2C digital marketing strategy. You will be a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and a passion for digital communication. In addition to consummate communication skills, you must be enthusiastic and dynamic with the personal confidence and vision required to lead a business.
