Management Accountant – Oxford – Hybrid working, £55,000
A highly successful, growing business operating within the manufacturing sector are looking for an experience Management Accountant to join them as their Finance Manager. Reporting into the leadership team, you will manage a team of two (Accounts Assistants) as well as providing management accounts for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business in a role where you will have real influence and the ability to make a meaningful impact. In time, this role could grow into a more senior Finance Manager role.
As the Management Accountant you will provide strategic financial guidance across the business. You will manage reporting on cashflow, set and track meaningful KPIS to drive the business forward as well as lead of budgeting and forecasting.
You will work to improve internal controls, conduct productivity reporting and oversee month end processes.
The ideal candidate will be part or fully qualified via ACCA or CIMA, although not essential and will have some previous experience within the manufacturing sector. You will have outstanding attention to detail, will be a confident communicator and enjoy working at a senior level.
The salary on offer for this role is £55,000 plus benefits. The organisation offers hybrid working – two days in the office and three at home.
