A market lead in the provision of technology services are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team in Thame, Oxfordshire. This role would be the perfect opportunity for a more junior candidate who is looking to expand their accountancy knowledge and aspires to become fully qualified. The main purpose of this role will be to provide support to the finance team with the effective management of the company’s accounts.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Apply financial processes and policies to suit business strategy.
  • Support the finance manager with management reporting.
  • Regular liaises with stakeholders.
  • Support with the statutory auditing and reports.
  • Assist with budget planning and forecasting.
  • Aid with the general ledger.
Skills:
  • Previous experience within an accounting role.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word/Excel
  • Work towards an accounting qualification.
  • Previous experience working with accounting software.
  • Exposure to financial budgets.
  • Exposure to general ledger.
