A creative company based in North London are looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support professional to join their team.
This person will need to be seasoned in supporting both Apple OSX and Windows OS.
The environment is predominantly an Apple Mac set up and you will be supporting and managing Mobile devices through MDM.
In addition to supporting, troubleshooting and resolving the 1st and 2nd line day-to-day IT operational issues as they arise, you will also:
- Manage and maintain all AV equipment
- Support applications such as Microsoft Office for Mac, Dropbox for Business and Adobe Creative Suite
- Provide ad-hoc support in meeting and presentation rooms, as required
- Stay up to date with new technology trends
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange Online along with Microsoft Dynamics is required.
Some familiarity with Azure and/or VMware vSphere would be advantageous.
