A multinational law firm is looking for a personable Legal Secretary on a full-time basis in their Colchester office. The ideal candidate will hold proven experience in audio typing. 
 
In this varied role, you will provide administrative support to a busy firm whilst providing a first-rate service to internal and external clients. As Legal Secretary you will be responsible for email and query management, travel arrangements, preparing financial documentation and efficiently organising daily routine to ensure correspondence, documents and instructions given by Fee Earners are completed accurately. 

It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). The successful candidate will be a discrete, highly organised, empathetic, and kind ambassador for the culture and values of the organisation.  
 
You will be passionate about providing exceptional support and service to all clients and will be a positive, friendly and helpful team player. This is a fantastic opportunity for a socially engaged Legal Secretary / Team Assistant to join a successful and thriving practice.
