Legal PA

Legal Team Assistant

- Reputable London legal firm

- Initial 4-5 month fixed term contract which may extend further. Up to £45,000 pro rata plus benefits

- Hybrid role (2 days per week from home)

A leading law firm in Central London is looking for a Legal PA to join their team on an initial fixed term contract. This role will provide support for partners and fee earners. Duties will include:

- Managing emails and documents (electronically)

- typing up of client letters and documents

- Diary management (meetings, court hearings, travel etc)

- Supporting monthly billing processes

- Client interaction

- Sending of documents for signature

- Prepare files before client meetings

- Conduct searches

- Case management

To be considered suitable for this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a PA within the legal sector

- Strong administrative skills (including use of document management systems and Microsoft Office)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong typing speed and accuracy
