A market-leading manufacturer is seeking a proven Learning & Development Specialist to add to their HR team based in the Birmingham airport area, E Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable from parts of Worcestershire & Warwickshire).

The successful candidate will be the sole Learning & Development Specialist tasked with overseeing all learning and development activities across Europe. Duties will include developing the training strategy, designing training programmes, delivering training (groups up to 10/15 and all levels), assessing and reviewing training effectiveness, managing relationships with external training suppliers, supporting the budget preparation process and producing reports (KPI). 
 
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a dedicated Learning & Development role, ideally in a large fast-paced environment. It is essential to have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as ideally an industry-related certification.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large growing business with plenty of progression opportunities. This Learning & Development Specialist role is paying up to £50,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, 25 days holiday and substantial growth.
