Lead Product Designer - UX and User Journey

A highly successful, global online platform are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer or Digital Product Owner to join a newly created division of this 600 person business.
Working within the Digital and Events space – which is currently going through a huge digital transformation- you will drive change, engagement and commercialisation of their online platforms. These portals receive more than 70m visits per year and there remains a significant opportunity to create an engaging journey to deliver to our event and digital ambitions as well as optimise values for the customer base.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering engaging user journeys across the online platforms, optimised for conversion and ongoing engagement while delivering to business and commercial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Working with design, online, events, sales and operations teams to create a shared view on the customer base
• Understanding and analysing pain points and opportunities in current user journeys, validating hypotheses and prioritising solutions for the short and long term
• Exploring opportunities to get to the root of what matters to the customer; working in collaboration with marketing and digital teams
• Creating a compelling set of user journeys for high value customers, integrating multiple touch points and on- and offline assets
• Identifying and leveraging data as an asset to inform user journeys and leverage AI to enable continual evolutions to those journeys
• Driving delivery of these user journeys by managing the product development lifecycle across analysis, design, story refinement and testing
• Working closely with marketing, operational, digital, design and technology teams to optimise registration processes to meet event attendance and digital marketing solutions targets
• Planning and tracking key product metrics to measure engagement and plan improvements
To be suitable you will be able to demonstrate the following relevant experience:
• A focus on user-centric design, applying data, research, and judgment to make the biggest impact and create outstanding user experiences
• An appreciation of what makes a great user experience, and how that translates into success for businesses
• Experience delivering at pace, and leading cross functional teams to deliver to a common goal
• Strong collaboration skills, a clear communication style and the ability to influence, inspire and align multiple stakeholders and work effectively across teams
• Experience using customer data to measure performance, highlight problems and determine a solution

The salary on offer for this role is up to £70,000 plus bonus. Based in North West London – near Hampstead Heath.
