Working within a small L&D team and wider HR team, you'll enjoy developing strong relationships and influencing managers and senior stakeholders across the business.
You'll be comfortable with blended learning, delivering virtual classroom and in person workshops.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Experience as an instructional designer in soft skills training
- Ability to create online content with an authoring tool (they use Articulate but are open to similar)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- CIPD, TAP (or equivalent) and excellent MS Office
