A global organisation is looking for a friendly and self motivated Learning and Development Facilitator to join their team.
This is a hybrid role based in the City of London.
You'll be experienced in instructional design, developing blended learning solutions and authoring and creating online content using Articulate, or similar.
Facilitating virtual classroom learning you'll also have strong experience in soft skills training and coaching experience.
Working collaboratively, you'll influence on L&D initiatives and provide recommendations as well as managing new employee orientation.
Ideally, you'll be CIPD or TAP qualified with strong MS Office and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience in influencing stakeholders across all levels.
This is a permanent role paying £40,000 - £45,000.
