An international market leading manufacturer of leisure goods is looking to take on an additional Systems Support person within their growing team. They offer flexible working options and a lovely working environment, within easy reach of mainline rail services in Essex.
This is a junior role that will offer the incumbent a fantastic opportunity to develop their systems support skills and also work across a pipeline of interesting projects. It requires someone to have a technical background, decent Excel and some SQL experience, with an appetite to continue learning new skills and technologies across the IT and systems infrastructure.
On a daily basis you will:
Assist with problem solving
Provide business reports using Excel and BI
Assist with installation and implementation projects
Document and Maintain the inventory of software & licenses
Support other Excel users in the business
Assist across various IT projects
The successful person to secure this role will be an excellent communicator both verbally and written as you will provide internal support to users both in the UK and abroad. You will have demonstrable skills with Excel and the ability to create SQL Queries for data manipulation.
Any experience with Microsoft BI report writer would be advantageous, but in this role you will have the opportunity to develop across this and other technologies.
Starting salary is up to £35,000 with good holiday and benefits package. In this role you can work a blended week, with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. Their office is 25 minutes by train from Liverpool Street Station.
