Working with a small, dedicated team you will provide proactive 1st line support to the company’s varied customer base; therefore impeccable communication skills and a solid grounding of Windows OS is essential.
Alongside demonstrable experience of providing 1st line support in a Windows environment, the successful candidate will have an understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, and ideally an awareness of SQL, but this is not essential.
