A growing not-for-profit organisation based in South East London is seeking a Junior Sharepoint Administrator / Systems Administrator (Microsoft), whose primary focus is to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, configuration, administration, and future changes to SharePoint, Teams CRM Dynamics and associated O365 tools. They are primarily looking for a candidate that has proven experience supporting and designing SharePoint. This will be the primary focus of the support and if you have experience with CRM Dynamics and Teams at administration level that would be advantageous.

You will be familiar with the Microsoft licensing models and keep up to date with enhancements or additions to the O365 platforms within their support area, providing strategic advice on the most appropriate licensing subscriptions and solutions.

You will work closely with the development team to fully comprehend freshly developed products and services, which are moving into the ICT Business Support function, whilst ensuring they colleagues are sufficiently trained to support. You will work closely with business managers and colleagues, to ensure the organisation’s SharePoint, Dynamics and Teams platform continues to meet their requirements. You will use your extensive knowledge of these tools to assist and signpost users and business colleagues, to ensure optimal use of the O365 platform.

The role is offering a salary of up to £48,000 and will be mostly remote (1 or 2 days in the office maximum per week). They also offer 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and very good benefits on top of this. Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting SharePoint and Teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams Exchange all essential, Dynamics 365 experience desirable
  • Experience in M365 migration exercises
  • Able to develop and query SQL processes as required (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (desirable)
  • Windows Server Administration, terminal services, virtual environments experience
