A highly successful global business within the retail space are looking for a junior network engineer to join their established IT team. The key focus of this role is to provide on-going support, enhancement and maintenance to their network infrastructure. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and configure systems.

To be suitable, you will ideally have had exposure to most of the following technologies:

Install, maintain and configure systems for networking.
Understand ITIL processes.
Experience with firewalls e.g. Cisco/Checkpoint
Experience working with routers, patching and switches.
Prioritising workloads.
Good understanding of networking hardware.
Dealing with vendors.

The salary on offer for this IT Support role is up to £36,000 plus benefits.
