A reputable and growing technology company is looking for a talented and ambitious Junior IT Support Technician to join an established team. The role will be based remotely and from their central Leeds office.
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing general 1st & 2nd line technical support for approximately 150+ users (growing fast).
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an IT graduate with ideally some 1st / 2nd line service desk / helpdesk support experience, preferably for a medium-sized user base in a fast-moving industry, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise IT queries. It is essential to have knowledge of a wide range of technology such as Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, general day-to-day networking as well as ideally some familiarity with Azure.
This Junior / Graduate IT Support Technician role represents an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to join an exciting business with extensive growth plans and excellent IT career prospects.
