A well-established financial firm is looking for a personable and driven Junior IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Mayfair London. Please note, this position is office based and will require you onsite 5 days per week.
Within this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st-2nd line support for all system and user issues. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will provide an exceptional internal support service for a range of cutting-edge technologies. You will be passionate about IT and act as the IT support representative within the London office supporting circa 30 users.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you will be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise in the administration and support of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory. You will be customer focused and able to communicate with non-technical audiences. In addition to this, you will have a strong understanding of network troubleshooting (Dell switches would be advantageous to your application but is by no means necessary). The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience providing technical support within a similar role.
