A well-established business is looking for a personable, driven and adaptable graduate to join its expanding team as an IT Support Analyst, in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
You will work as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. You will provide 1st/2nd line technical support to all members of the firm and their clients to ensure that all customers receive a friendly, enthusiastic and professional level of service.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be familiar with Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows OS and have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, a placement year or an apprenticeship scheme. Any prior experience with equipment configuration and installation on PC’s, laptops, and mobile devices would be advantageous to your application but is by no means necessary.
