A well-established professional services firm is looking to recruit a junior IT Support analyst to join its growing team. This role would suit a polished IT or Computer Science graduate that is looking to obtain commercial experience in a technical environment.
Operating in this small but efficient team, you will have high visibility with senior management making this role ideal for a candidate looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
Some of your typical duties will include; dealing with incoming support requests, system monitoring and backups monitoring, escalating issues where necessary.
The role will take the lead on some IT projects and be a supporting resource on larger projects within the department.
Some knowledge and competence with end-user software and/or hardware support is required, however, training will be provided on specific systems used, alongside ongoing professional development training.
