An award winning professional services company in Southbank are looking for driven is looking for a driven IT support professional.
The successful candidate will provide user facing and remote support to circa 350 employees in a 1st/2nd line capacity. You will play a key role in the maintenance, ongoing support and enhancement of the organisation's IT department. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.
Working within a technologically advanced IT department, you will support desktop and cloud based applications. You will have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a similar capacity, supporting users with 1st and 2nd line issues. You should have a methodical and logical approach and have proven experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory and SCCM.
