The focus is on hiring the right person, ahead of technical skills. You will need to be a stable, committed employee, capable of providing 1st line support from Day One. You must be able to demonstrate a capacity to self-manage your workload and be technically capable in Office365, Windows and AD. Any exposure to Microsoft Azure and O365 migration projects would be highly advantageous.
You will provide guidance across a number of technical areas including; O365 onboarding, support of cloud systems and internal training, when required.
