Our client is looking for an organised junior finance assistant to join their busy office near London Bridge.
Reporting to the financial controller you'll be responsible for the accounts reconciliation and support the management processes and budget developments.
You'll also provide high level administrative support to the Financial Management and rest of the team and have excellent customer service as you will be the first point of contact for the Finance team.
Roles and duties will include:
- Posting received invoices and expense accruals and prepayments
- Providing regular financial reports
- Preparation and set up of ongoing payments
- Company pension administration and cost of company benefits
- Supporting internal and external audit process
- Managing payroll
The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Excel and Word experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable systems and able to deliver reconciliations
- Ideally degree educated in Finance or a business-related field or working towards AAT
