A growing technology company is looking for a bright and ambitious Junior B2B Customer Success Executive / Account Manager to be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention & loyalty. Duties will include understanding customers' business requirements, pro-actively contacting clients, solving customer issues, updating the CRM, completing documentation, providing assistance to the customer support team as well as generating performance reports to provide insight to customers. The role will involve working from home and traveling into the South London office occasionally.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have a strong business degree and some experience in a B2B Customer Service, Customer Retention Specialist, Relationship Management, Account Management, PreSales or similar role. It is essential to have an affinity for building strong customer relationships, first-class verbal and written communication skills and a positive proactive approach with working knowledge of CRM solutions and MS Office.
