Junior Application Support Analyst – Farnborough – Hybrid working
A well established business with rapid growth plans are looking for an additional Application Support Analyst to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic business that really supports and looks after their team.
As the Application Support Analyst – you will be client facing. This organisation offer two types of software to a range of clients across the UK and you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support; troubleshooting and resolving any issues with the software are they occur. Great communications skills are essential; this would suit a personable, positive and engaging individual that is keen to build on their technical skills.
Working as part of a team – your role will be to act as an interface between the software team; Developers and Testers and the end user client. You will try to troubleshoot and resolve any issues as they arrive; over the phone, remotely or in person and you will escalate to 3rd line where required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have great customer service skills and a basic understanding of databases including SQL.
This role is a hybrid role; 3 days per week in the office and 2 per week at home. Full training and support will be provided.
