A large and established technology business is seeking an ambitious Java Developer with proven microservices experience to join their growing technical team. The successful candidate will be part of an Agile engineering team responsible for building integrations for business-critical solutions built to create next-gen customer journeys.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience in a Java Developer, Software Engineer, Integration Engineer, Microservices Specialist or similar role. It is essential to have proven experience developing microservices in Java (or GoLang) with good knowledge of design patterns and architecture, including building, running, and deploying within a containerisation environment & side car concepts. Strong knowledge of Cloud API Gateways (APIGee, EndPoints, Mulesoft) is also required. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to DevOps tech stack, including Docker & Kubernetes, but this is not essential.
