An established and renowned industry leader based in central London is seeking an ambitious Java Developer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be part of a software development team responsible for developing and maintaining a range of Java / Java-syntax applications (enterprise integration and data processing functions) used to transfer and transform large volumes of data across the Uk enterprise. This role will include assisting with the development and support of groovy script applications, enhanced enterprise data messaging and service architecture as well as enterprise integration.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience in a Java Developer / Programmer working on enterprise-grade projects with some exposure to integrations with 3rd party and internal middleware products. Experience with Spring framework, Springboot deployment, SQL / RDBMS, XML/JSON, REST API integration, CI/CD practices and Agile software development is essential. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to the MuleSoft ESB, but this is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity in a large reputable business with a strong technical stack and willingness to develop their staff. This Java Developer role is paying a basic salary of circa £50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits.
