A well-established and outstanding independent school is seeking a dynamic, personable, and driven IT Technician to join their expanding team of 8 based in Northwest London.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of I.T, in this role you will be responsible for supporting up to 1,500 users onsite and carrying out essential first and second-line support. This includes but is not limited to phone support, and handling tickets and queries via email and in person.
You will be required to install, configure and support software and hardware systems such as O365 and Windows 10 and must have proven experience of carrying out this support, as well as carrying out day-to-day maintenance, AV equipment experience, and service desk/ticket handling experience.
