A long standing financial services company based in West London is looking for an IT Network Engineer to join its IT team.
* Please note this role will start off as a 6 month fixed term contract with the view of becoming permanent. It is also a requirement that you have some experience in a financial services / banking environment*
Forming part of a small in-house IT team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting users across the following technologies;
- Network support (upgrades and installations)
- PC and laptop hardware
- Windows 10 / Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office
- Applications, including financial and payment software
- Cisco telephony
- Supporting IT security - McAfee EPO, network security, security scans and assisting security team with the installation and monitoring of security products.
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 pro rata plus an excellent benefits package including bonus, healthcare and 10% pension contribution.
To be considered suitable you will need to have strong skills with the above technologies. Any experience of supporting IBM iSeries would be an advantage also but this is not an essential requirement.
